BBC-Ukraine writes about this with reference to its own sources in the General Staff.

“It's not just old people who have to fight. The question is how much longer we will be able to carry out with the available mobilization resources,” the publication's source said.

The BBC reminds that in order to cover the losses, the military command decided to optimize the army structures. Thanks to this, it was possible to find additional thousands of people.

In October of this year, People's Deputy Roman Kostenko admitted that there is a decline in mobilization in Ukraine.
