But, as State Department spokesman Matthew Miller noted, the United States is convinced that its future will be affected by the destructive actions of the Kremlin over the past decades, Voice of America reports. Miller expressed his conviction that the Russian Federation “has something to answer for when it comes to the Syrian people.”
