He suggested an unexpected way to improve his health on the ITV program Lorraine, writes the Daily Mirror.
Khan emphasized that the health benefits of a positive attitude are scientifically proven. According to him, a study from Johns Hopkins University showed that positive people, compared with pessimists, had heart attacks one third less often. Another study conducted at the University of Kansas found that smiling people had better immunity and were less likely to complain of high blood pressure and heart palpitations.
