F-16 – why fighters in Ukraine are not used at full capacity

Ukraine needs more powerful weapons for the transferred F-16 fighters so they can strike hostile targets on the ground. This opinion was expressed on Ukrainian radio by retired lieutenant general, ex-deputy chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Romanenko.
