Gas producers appealed to the Regulator with a request not to increase transportation tariffs
The Association of Gas Producing Companies of Ukraine appealed to the National Commission for the Regulation of Energy and Utilities (NEURC) with a request to leave gas transportation tariffs unchanged. This is stated in the address to the Chairman of the Commission Yuri Vlasenko.
The draft resolution of NEURC provides for a significant increase in tariffs at all gas entry and exit points in Ukraine. In particular, it is proposed to increase the tariff for entering the urban transport system for internal points by 4.5 times. According to experts, in this case, additional costs for mining companies will amount to about UAH 7 billion.
