In Romania, after pro-Russian candidate Kelin Georgescu won the first round of the presidential election and the Constitutional Court annulled the vote, pro-European parties agreed to quickly form a government, potentially supporting a single candidate in a repeat presidential election in 2025, reports Reuters.
