The head of state added that Ukraine’s most powerful weapon during a full-scale invasion was the unity of our society.
Ukraine will not legally recognize its occupied territories as Russian territories. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said this in an interview for SBN, answering a question about the position of Ukrainians who oppose territorial concessions.
“We cannot legally recognize our territories that are occupied by Russia – recognize them as Russian. We cannot, according to the Constitution of Ukraine, legally and internally. This is a split for Ukraine and Ukrainian society,” he noted.
