According to the court, the man was issued a summons twice – in June and September 2024. However, he categorically refused to receive the document and evaded mobilization.

At the court, the man stated that he “does not object to the explanations given by him during the pre-trial investigation. He regrets what he has done.”

The court did not take into account the man's statement of “repentance”, since “repentance includes sincere regret for the crime committed and condemnation of his behavior.
