Scholz announced “winter” aid to Ukraine
The Chancellor of Germany emphasized that investing in Ukrainian companies is an investment in a future member of the EU.
Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz, during his speech at the opening of the German-Ukrainian economic forum in Berlin on Wednesday, December 11, called on German companies to increase their investments in Ukrainian business.

“If you invest in Ukraine today and in the coming years, you are investing in a future member of the EU,” Scholz said.
He added that the first joint ventures have already appeared in the field of military industry, and, in his opinion, such cooperation between Ukraine and Germany “will continue dynamically”.
