In the Ternopil region, a man who received a summons but evaded mobilization was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
This is stated in the verdict of Buchatsky district court of Ternopil region.
According to the court, in June 2024, the man was found fit for mobilization and issued a summons. However, he did not come to the TCC to be sent to a military unit.
