Law enforcement officers announced suspicion to the director of one of the municipal utilities in Brovary, Kyiv region, for causing damage to local utilities.
Today, December 12, under the procedural leadership of the Brovary District Prosecutor's Office, a suspicion was reported under Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (abuse of power or official position) to the director of one utility company in the city of Brovary, Kyiv region.
The investigation established that the official abused his official position in order to obtain unlawful benefits for another legal entity. So the director of the utility company, contrary to the interests of the service, purchased asphalt concrete mixture at an inflated cost.
