Better Homes and Gardens experts, nutritionists Cassandra Padula Burke, Caitlin Comeau and Kristen Lorenz, noted that a few wilted leaves are not a reason to throw away a bunch of greens. When slightly wilted, the product is completely safe. The moisture just leaves it.
There is, however, one caveat: greens may lose some of their taste. And from the visual side they cease to be attractive. To remedy the situation a little, trim off any brown or yellow leaves before using.
