After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, the Russian UAC (United Aircraft Corporation) built only seven operational airliners, while it planned to build 108. The BBC Russian Service reports this.

“One of the largest technological reforms of the entire aviation industry in the history of world aviation, with its transfer to national production, was on the verge of failure,” the publication writes.
