Kazakhstani won bronze at the World Cup – Others

At the stage World Cup parabiathlon in Finland Kazakh athlete Erbol Khamitov (class LW12) with a result of 23:26.00 became a bronze medalist in the 7.5 km sprint race, Sports.kz reports with reference to Meta-ratings.kz.
The winner of the race was Chinese athlete Liu Jixu with a result of 22:38.05, and silver was won by his compatriot Liu Mengtao, who finished in 22:58.07.
Kazakhstan's Alexander Gerlitz took fourth place in the 7.5 km race in the LW6 class.
The World Cup takes place in Vuokatti, in eastern Finland, from December 12 to 21. More than 120 athletes from 21 countries are participating in the competition; Kazakhstan is represented by seven athletes.
