In the Lebyazhsky district, the trial of a girl who dealt a fatal blow to her friend ended

In the Kirov region, a local resident was sentenced for killing her partner with one blow. The results of the investigation of the case were reported to the regional investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

According to the department, in February 2024, in the village of Lebyazhye, a 25-year-old girl drank alcohol with her 37-year-old partner. During the feast, a quarrel occurred between them. Suddenly the raider grabbed a knife from the table and stabbed the offender in the leg. Heavy blood loss led to the death of the victim on the spot.

The girl was detained and taken into custody. Investigators opened a case under the article of intentional infliction of grievous harm, which through negligence led to death. The case went to court. The suspect was found guilty and sentenced to 7.5 years in a general regime colony.
