Stanislav Ignatiev, an energy expert and head of the Council of the Ukrainian Association of Renewable Energy, announced this on KYIV24.
“If we fend off this missile attack, even these frosts will not affect the significant limitation of household consumers. The deficit of the system will be observed for today,” the message says.
However, according to him, even one hit to the “Ukrenergo” substation can lead to a strengthening of the restriction schedules for household consumers.
