In Kharkov, an increased level of danger was announced for Friday, December 13 due to bad weather. A warning about dangerous meteorological phenomena was issued by the Kharkov Regional Center for Hydrometeorology.
Bad weather, according to weather forecasters, is also expected in the Kharkov region.
“In the morning and afternoon of December 13, gusts of northwestern wind of 15 – 20 m/s are expected across the region and the city,” the weather forecaster said.
Therefore, danger level I, yellow, was declared in the Kharkiv region.
