Next year, the state budget has allocated UAH 100 billion for the purchase of drones.
The Ministry of Defense will allocate an additional 1.1 billion UAH for the purchase of drones, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal announced this during a government meeting.
According to him, these funds will be transferred directly to the teams to finance the most important needs. In total, this month the Ministry of Defense will directly transfer UAH 4.3 billion to military brigades.
As the Prime Minister noted, over the 11 months of this year, such direct financing amounted to UAH 27.2 billion, of which UAH 8.8 billion was allocated for the purchase of drones, UAH 3.9 billion for other weapons and equipment, and UAH 2.1 billion for cars. and 1.5 billion UAH – electronic warfare funds.
