Residents of a four-story building at 96 Oktyabrsky Prospekt contacted the editor. According to them, the balconies and façade of the house are being destroyed literally before our eyes.

Local residents shared their concerns that bricks from the damaged facade and the base of the balcony could fall on passers-by. However, the situation causes concern not only among residents, but also among passers-by and clients of the delivery point, which is located under the collapsing balconies.

Grass in cement. According to the owner of an apartment on the fourth floor with an emergency balcony, Igor Nelyubin, every summer he has to literally weed grass from the cement base of the balcony.

When several people are on the balcony, it becomes scary. We are afraid of destruction. We contacted the Capital Repair Fund (CRF). We received an answer that the work is planned only in 2026-2028.
