CNN: Russia has begun withdrawing its troops from bases in Syria
Earlier, the Russian Federation announced that it was conducting negotiations on the preservation of its bases on the territory of the country.

It is reported that cargo planes An-124, Il-76, as well as cargo planes of smaller models — three An-32 and one An-72 — arrived at the Khmeimim air base. Airplanes have open cargo bays for receiving heavy equipment.
The pictures also show that the Russian military is dismantling the Ka-52 attack helicopter. In this way, it is prepared for transportation. Also, the S-400 anti-aircraft system is being prepared for shipment to the Russian Federation, parts of which are visible in the pictures.
