The Ukrainian kidnapped Niva to take the goat to the monastery

It became known how he was punished.

In the village of Zelene, Verkhovyna district, Ivano-Frankivsk region, a man stole a “Niva” car to take a goat to the monastery.

This is stated in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.

The event happened in August of this year. In the morning, a resident of the Holy Trinity Dukon monastery went to the forest to collect mushrooms. Returning, he saw “Niva” parked on the territory of the monastery. He found out that the car was left by a man he didn't know, who was supposed to pick it up in the evening. However, the owner did not pick up the car that day or the following days. So, the man decided to take a vehicle to go about his business – to bring a goat from the village of Cheremoshne to the monastery.

The car door wasn't locked, but the car didn't have an ignition key, so he connected the wires to the ignition switch and started the engine…
