204 deputies voted “for”.
On Saturday, December 14, the South Korean parliament voted to impeach the country's President Yoon Suk Yeol.
According to the South Korean news agency Yonhap, 204 deputies voted in favor and 85 voted against. Three more deputies abstained, and eight ballots were declared invalid.
The reason for the impeachment was the scandalous introduction of martial law in South Korea.

As UNIAN reported, on December 3, Yun Seok Yol announced the introduction of martial law in the country in order to “eradicate pro-North Korean forces and maintain constitutional order in the country.”
