Benefits for UBI 2025 – all discounts for military families – UNIAN
In 2025, combatants and their families will be able to receive discounts on some services.
Military personnel and their loved ones are entitled to certain benefits from the state. You can apply for them after officially receiving the rank of combat participant. Soon it will be easier, because UBD status can be obtained on the “Diya” portal.

What does a combatant expect in 2025?
Benefits for military personnel are prescribed in the Law of Ukraine “On the Status of Veterans.” According to the law, UBI status holders and their immediate family are entitled to such discounts:
- 75% on rent;
- 75% for utility bills or 100% for persons with disabilities;
