Ukrainians can receive from 5 to 7 years of imprisonment for storing firewood without documents. Or a fine in the amount of 34 thousand hryvnias. In addition, punishment is provided even for a small amount of wood – from 1 cubic meter.
On October 10, the Verkhovna Rada supported the relevant draft law No. 9665 and submitted it to President Volodymyr Zelenskyi for signature.
