In Kirov, on Oktyabrsky Prospekt, a man was found lying unconscious

In Kirov, an unconscious man was found on the street. The press service of the regional National Guard reported about the incident.

On an unspecified day, Sergeant Artur Zolotarev and Junior Sergeant Anton Yusupov, around 1 p.m., discovered an elderly man on Oktyabrsky Prospekt, lying motionless on the ground near one of the houses. The temperature outside was sub-zero and it was snowing, so the National Guard immediately went to the man, assuming that he needed help.

The man lay unconscious, the National Guard called an ambulance for him. Soon the man opened his eyes, but could not give any explanation: his speech was confused and unconnected. He was also unable to stand up on his own. Upon the arrival of the ambulance, private security officers helped the doctors put the man down…
