The situation at the front is dynamic.
The Defense Forces of Ukraine regained previously lost positions near Siversk and Pokrovsk. However, the advance of the occupiers is recorded near Kreminnaya, Kurakhovo, and in the Pokrovsky direction.
This is stated in a report by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
Fighting continued in the Kursk region on the main Ukrainian bridgehead on November 9, but there were no confirmed advances in the area by either side.
Russian “militants” claimed that Russian troops advanced in the Stara Sorochyna region and allegedly recaptured Pogrebky and Orlovka during a reinforced platoon-sized mechanized assault, but no confirmation was found in the ISW.
The fighting continued in the districts of Dar'yno, Mykolayevo-Daryno, Leonidovo, Novoivanivka, Zeleny Shlyakh, near Novaya Sorochyna and Staraya Sorochyna, Martynivka, and near Plekhov.
