Biathlon: results of the men's pursuit race at the Hogfilzen World Cup stage
Dmytro Pidruchny became the best among Ukrainians in pursuit.
On Saturday, December 14, at the second stage Biathlon World Cup-2024/25 men's pursuit race was held in Hogfilzen, Austria.
Ukraine was represented in it by three biathletes – Dmytro Pidruchny (started 15th according to the results sprint), Vitaly Mandzin (33rd starting position) and Anton Dudchenko (started the race 39th).
The best result among Ukrainians in the pursuit was shown by Pidruchny, who finished 11th with one mistake. Mandzin and Dudchenko did not reach the qualifying zone, taking 45th and 48th places, respectively.
The pursuit race was won by Norwegian Johannes Bö, who had previously triumphed in the sprint. The Frenchman Emilien Jacqueline climbed to the second step of the podium of honor, and the Norwegian Sturla Legreid rounded off the top three winners.
