Final Fantasy VII Remake has added the ability to speed up progress before the release of Rebirth on PC

Square Enix has taken care of players with little free time.

At the recent The Game Awards 2024, it was announced that the sequel to the FF7 remake, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, will be released on PC on January 23.

Final Fantasy VII is a huge role-playing game that lasts tens, if not hundreds, of hours. The developers from Square Enix also understand this, so in the recent patch for the remake they took care of players with a limited amount of free time and added the ability to arrange a speedrun.

With the new playthrough mode, all characters start immediately with level 45, additional consumables and accessories, and Cloud’s balance ends up with 50 thousand local currency.

What’s even more interesting is that with the new patch, players can speed up cutscenes by one and a half or two times. This will allow you to finish the passage even faster…
