Mobile communications in Ukraine – are operators ready for blackouts – UNIAN

Back in the summer of 2024, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection obliged to equip communication stations with batteries that can provide autonomous operation for up to 10 hours. However, the full availability of networks remains a challenge for Ukrainian operators due to regular enemy attacks on the power grid.

Communications expert Alexander Glushchenko spoke about this in a commentary to Suspilne Odessa.
