The expert explained the reason for the crash of Russian tankers in the Kerch Strait

Ukraine should use the situation with the sinking of two Russian tankers to its advantage, the expert believes.

Russia is buying up old ships in order to circumvent sanctions and transport its oil with a shadow fleet. Thus, military expert, former SBU employee Ivan Stupak explained on air on Radio NV why two tankers sank in the Kerch Strait after a collision.
