Metinvest's veterans program has become the best in Ukraine.
Metinvest Group's program “The Hero's Path: Reintegration of Veterans” received two awards at once from the “HR Brand 2024” award – the Grand Prix and a victory in the category “Return of Veterans to Civil Life.” The award ceremony took place in Kyiv.
The ecosystem for the reintegration of veterans has been operating at Metinvest since October 2023. It is based on the principles of responsibility of managers at all levels, consistency, internal justice and provides for the involvement of both internal veterans and people hired on the labor market. All business processes in the company are gradually adapting to the return of veterans.
