A man on a skateboard sets a Guinness record – Motivation
A New Yorker made a crazy journey, reports Sports.kz with reference to the “Championship”.
Chad Caruso from the USA became the world record holder. He traveled 5000 km in 57 days, 6 hours and 56 minutes. He started from Venice Beach, which is located in California, and finished on the east coast of the States.
During the trip, Chad had only a skateboard and a backpack with him. Caruso's idea was supported by hundreds of people, and many of them personally came to the finish line to support the traveler. He said that thanks to skateboarding he was able to give up bad habits at one time.
“I couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of emotion as I approached the finish line, surrounded by hundreds of people supporting me,” Caruso said.
