The Kirov region is in the top 3 regions of the Russian Federation for integrated development of territories

The authorities of the Kirov region shared preliminary results of the year in the construction sector. Deputy Chairman of the regional government Alexey Zherdev spoke about agreements on integrated development of territories (CDT) and urban planning potential at a weekly meeting.

According to the official, as of the end of 2024, the Kirov region is the third region of Russia in terms of the number of CRT agreements. In this parameter, Kirov is second only to Moscow and the Moscow region. Integrated development work is being carried out in the region within the framework of 34 agreements.

The CRT Treaty makes it possible to create the infrastructure necessary for people’s comfortable lives. For example, this year, for the first time in the Pribrezhny residential complex, as part of the CRT, the developer built a modern kindergarten for 150 places, said…
