The hero of Ukraine told how he took down a traitorous classmate during the village sweep

Yevhen Hromadskyi said that his classmate and his family moved to the Russian Federation, where he entered a Russian military university. However, fate brought them together on the battlefield.

Yevhen Hromadsky, an officer of the Defense Forces of Ukraine with the call sign “Thunder”, who received the title of Hero of Ukraine at the age of 21, told how in one of the battles he eliminated his classmate who was fighting on the side of the Russian Federation.

Gromadsky said this in an interview with the YouTube channel “VIDDUSHIVDUSHU”.

Yevhen was born into a military family. His father, the Hero of Ukraine, Colonel Oleg Hromadsky, died on the first day of the defense of Kharkiv on February 24, 2022.

The boy said that as a child he lived with his parents in a military town. However, even among the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their families at that time, there were supporters of Russia – in particular, his classmate.
