A new “eKnyga” program has appeared in the “Diya” mobile application, which provides 908 hryvnias to Ukrainians who have reached the age of 18 for the purchase of books.

First Deputy Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine Halyna Hryhorenko told about this on the air of the telethon.

The Ministry of Culture explained why this program is only available to young people who have recently come of age.
