Losses force Russia to empty tank depots in Siberia

Losses of Russian armored vehicles at the front forced the Kremlin to remove obsolete Soviet tanks from storage.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain in its summary on the X platform (Twitter).

According to intelligence, Russia has lost more than 3,600 main battle tanks and nearly 8,000 armored vehicles since the start of the full-scale invasion. Such large-scale losses forced Moscow to turn to reserves from strategic warehouses in Siberia.

British intelligence points out that much of this equipment is in poor condition due to years of poor maintenance.
