According to RIA Novosti, Valieva filed a new appeal to the Federal Court of Switzerland in the case of violating anti-doping rules.

To do this, Kamila and her lawyers, jurists and trainers must have a clear, verified position, which will have an evidence base in order to objectively defend their interests in court,” Svishchev told Metaratings.ru.
