The police of the Kyiv region exposed a man who robbed servicemen, stealing their mobile phones and other valuables.

This was reported by the press service of the National Police of the Kyiv region.

“The law enforcement officers established that the day before, the person involved met the servicemen who stayed overnight in one of the hostels in the Kyiv region. When the men fell asleep, the intruder stole their mobile phones, power banks and disappeared,” the report says.

The attacker also transferred 20,000 hryvnias from one of the phones to his account.

The figure turned out to be a 33-year-old resident of the Kharkiv region, who previously had problems with the law. He was charged with theft under martial law. The court chose a preventive measure for him – detention. For what he committed, the perpetrator faces up to…
