820 kilograms of questionable oil were sent to institutions in the Malmyzh region

Another batch of butter of questionable quality has been identified in the Kirov region. The violation of one of the entrepreneurs was reported to the press service of the interregional department of Rosselkhoznadzor.

In mid-October, one of the enterprises in the village of Kalinino, Malmyzh district, produced 820 kilograms of Krestyanskoye butter. The raw material was cow's milk weighing 17 tons 897 kilograms.

Rosselkhoznadzor calculated that such a volume (17.4 thousand liters) of milk cannot be enough to make butter that meets the standards. From the specified raw materials, the enterprise could produce a maximum of 694 kilograms of product.

Thus, experts from the regulatory agency cannot confirm the safety of two released batches of oil with a total weight of 820 kilograms. However, the product was delivered…
