Two recidivists raped and robbed a minor in Kyiv — Kyiv
One of the perpetrators has 5 convictions for theft, and his accomplice was convicted of robbery and grievous bodily harm.
In Kyiv, in the unfinished Pechersk district, two previously convicted men raped a minor and then took her iPhone 12.
This was reported by the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office.
The 29-year-old man has five convictions for theft, which he committed in the Luhansk region since 2011. His 41-year-old accomplice was previously serving a sentence for robberies and grievous bodily harm committed in Donetsk region.
The suspects are being held without bail. The indictment for rape and robbery committed by a group of persons under martial law has been referred to the court.
