Ingredients:
1 kg lard
500 g rock salt (not iodized)
150 g sugar
5-6 cloves of garlic
3 bay leaves
teaspoon sweet paprika (heaped)
teaspoon ground black pepper (not heaped)
teaspoon khmeli-suneli (without a slide)
Cooking method:
Roll pieces of lard in sugar. We wrap the pieces in parchment and hide the lard in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
