North Atlantic cyclone is approaching

Heavy snowfall and blizzard conditions are expected in the Central region in the coming hours due to the North Atlantic cyclone. According to the Hydrometeorological Center, on December 18 it will bring precipitation in the form of sleet, with heavy snowfall, blizzards and wind gusts of up to 17 meters per second expected in some places. Wet snow, icy conditions and poor visibility on roads are possible.

Forecasters have already announced a yellow level of weather danger, which will be in effect from 21:00 on December 18 to 09:00 on December 19.
