Communications adviser to the President of Ukraine, Dmytro Lytvyn, commented on Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's statement regarding the proposal for a “Christmas truce” with Russia, calling the head of the neighboring country's government “an intrusive messenger from Putin.”
He said this in a comment to “Suspilno”.
“If such a persistent messenger from Putin has already appeared, then we can answer his ultimatum in one way – we need a real, reliable peace that is fair for Ukraine. None of the involved participants in the work for peace need Putin's messengers,” Lytvyn said.
