Trump's future special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, claims that Russia and Ukraine are ready to hold a dialogue about ending the war, and Donald Trump is capable of becoming a mediator. He stated this on Fox Business.

According to him, the newly elected president could end the war before the end of 2025, since with the return of a Republican to the White House, a “great time” would come for this.

Kellogg announced that he will visit Kyiv in January; details of the trip will be announced later.
