Ukrainian forward “Roma” Artem Dovbyk scored a double in the 1/8 final match of the Italian Cup against Sampdoria, which ended in a crushing victory for the Romans with the score 4:1.
The match took place at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. The Ukrainian was in the starting line-up of the “Wolves” and hit the opponent's goal twice in the first half – in the 9th and 19th minutes.
For Artem, this is the first double in the T-shirt of the Roman club. In total, he has 8 goals and one assist in 21 matches for Roma in all competitions.
The Ukrainian spent 78 minutes on the field, after which he was replaced by Eldor Shomurodov.
