The traffic police named the most dangerous areas in Kirov

The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Kirov Region is summing up preliminary results for 2024. The department's press service reported about accidents involving wild animals.

According to the State Traffic Inspectorate, from January to November 2024, 116 accidents involving wild animals were registered in the Kirov region. Because of moose, wild boars and others, 25 people were injured, one of whom received fatal injuries. The department notes that the largest number of accidents occurred in the morning or night hours.

The State Traffic Inspectorate stated that special vigilance should be shown on highways in Verkhoshizhemsky, Yaransky, Svechinsky, Slobodsky, Kirovo-Chepetsky, Nolinsky, Orichevsky, Arbazhsky, Malmyzhsky, Sanchursky, Murashinsky, Shabalinsky and Kotelnichsky districts.
