Singh explained that cherries contain melatonin, a hormone that regulates circadian rhythms. Thanks to this, the juice from this berry promotes good sleep. “The best time to do this is one to two hours before bedtime. During this time, melatonin from cherries will be absorbed,” the specialist emphasized.
