Dollar exchange rate – NBU radically rewritten the official exchange rate on December 20 – UNIAN
The hryvnia to euro exchange rate is set at 43.58 UAH/euro.
The National Bank of Ukraine set on Friday, December 20, the official dollar-hryvnia exchange rate at 41.93 UAH/dollar, that is, the hryvnia weakened by 3 kopecks compared to the previous figure. Thus, the dollar updates its historical maximum for the fourth day in a row.
The hryvnia, in turn, strengthened sharply against the European currency. According to data on the regulator’s website, the official euro exchange rate for Friday was set at 43.58 hryvnia per euro, that is, the hryvnia increased by 38 kopecks.
On the interbank foreign exchange market of Ukraine, by 17:00, hryvnia quotes against the dollar settled at 41.91/41.93 UAH/USD, euro – 43.63/43.63 UAH/EUR.
