In Vinnytsia, investigators reported suspicion of a 38-year-old woman who stole more than 56,000 hryvnias from a friend's bank card.
This was reported by the press service of the Vinnytsia region police.
As the law enforcement officers established, the suspect took the victim's phone and card after drinking alcohol together. She transferred money from her husband's card to her account twice.
According to the police, the amount of stolen funds amounted to more than 56,000 hryvnias. Physical evidence was seized. The woman was charged with theft.
“The sanction of the article provides for a punishment of up to 8 years of imprisonment,” the message reads.
