According to the court, in March 2024, the man passed the VLK, which found him suitable for mobilization. He received a summons and had to come to the military commissariat.
At the court, the man pleaded guilty. He noted that he received a summons, “then he was taken to the TCC in Kovel, from where he escaped through the fence, as he had no desire to do military service.”
